The staff were really friendly and had lots of great tips of where to go and eat!! They were helpful with directions and had leaflets with directions pre printed which was great. It was easy to get to and from the airport and the metro was close to giving acess to the rest of the city!
Rooms were small enough with space but ideal for the time we spent in them
We enjoyed our dinner at the Hotel's Main Restaurant. The service and food were very good.
The bathroom was very small, and we could hardly move in between the toilet and sink. The bath was very high, and my mother-in law was unable to enter it.
I was surprised and taken aback by the 3 per person/per day Euro City tax in cash at the end of the stay. However, After I returned home, the manager made a point of contacting me and assuring me that this is in fact a legitimate charge, and was very nice about it. So, Americans, be aware that this can happen in Rome. Ask about city tax at arrival.
Services at hotel was excellent. Good price.
Location was far from city center and all historic buildings, but public transport is quite awailable in prices and regularity. Still sometimes it is was necessary more than 1h to get from hotel to center.
Friendly staff. They help me print document and it is for free. One of staff looks like Totti and he is very humorous. Besides, it is very cheap for a four star hotel. Great breakfast. Like it very much.
Little far away from city centre and not convenience for tourists if without a private car.
Location of the hotel and room space
We were two couples that accomodated in this hotel.Everything left to be desired starting with the staff who were all liars. The moment we arrived at the hotel, Sara, the recepsionist, told us that you have not done any reservation here which we had done since March 2012 through Credit Card. The couple who was with us, had done pre-reservation and wanted to pay at the arrival moment in the hotel. The recepsionist told them that they will have an 20% discount at the hotel and they insisted that the fee would be paid at departure day. When we were leaving from the hotel, the recepsionist who told them about the 20 % discount deniend of doing this and made them pay more. Shame on them!We will never go there anymore and will not recommend this hotel to any other person.
Nice pleasant hotel, more than I expected for money.
A bit weird how a lot of young men with bandages, injuries etc were also there.
Staff was very helpful food was really nice room was cleaned every day. Will Definatly use this hotel when I return to rome Overall a very happy stay at the hotel
Nothing it was fine.
It was close to Stadio Olympico. - we walked but bus just 200 metres down the road from hotel. Bus 32 takes you all the way to the Vatican or get off on 2nd last stop to catch metro into central Rome. We found this hotel to be very good for the price paid and there were plenty of small cafes/ restaurants nearby.
A little out of the way from central Rome but bus and Metro services so close to hotel that it really was no issue Definitely hear noise from fellow guests talking loud in hallways but this is a courtesy thing that travellers should be conscious of and not a complaint against the hotel - have travelled fairly extensively throughout Europe and without spending big money it is hard to find "soundproof" rooms.
Very clean, correct location - nice place but a bit far from historical downtown. Correct prices for a 4 star hotel. About breakfast: a good average with the most common dishes. Over all - recommended.
The staff was a bit unfriendly (altough it was late when we arrived), but nothing else. In the morning they were sure more friendly ;) We just stayed for one night however.
This hotel gives you the ambiance of the area which is great. The rooms are small but you only sleep in them me and 2 of my girlfriends stayed in one room and we had enough room. Once you have mastered taking the public transit system which is not that hard you can take in the ambiance of Rome. Once you start a conversation with the persons behind the front desk. I suggest you talk to Enrico Carosso .He is very helpful.
the small showers
The hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood with quiet environment. The rooms were very clean and adequate. I liked my room being cleaned everyday and the bed linen.
The metro is a distant away. Not many shops around.
Poor service and far to the center, breakfast disaster, it is not four, but hardly two stars hotel.
Poor English for Rome, and the size of the hotel. Very far from Train Station Uncomfortable bed Size of Bathroom small for bath, toilet, sink ect. Need more space
1. It was all right, but I love the small, intimate hotel. This was not enough cozy for me. Only one person smiled for us - our maid. Very nice woman. 2. Staff was not able to help us when we asked for an iron. It was quite unpleasant.
